The item count was no joke — boxes were packed! Some of the products were low-value or off-brand, but there were enough winners to make my money back and then some. Not everything was perfect.

You sell good items but your shipping services needs to improve, customers shouldn’t go through all the insurance stress, it’s better you all arrange with your shipping companies because they ask for insurance after delivery is paid, tho I got the refunds back but I had to go through a little stress for 2 whole days
