Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping policy.
After payment is confirmed, we process all orders immediately, processing time can take within 3 to 5 business days depending on the size of your order
Shipping is estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
All pallets are shipped through our trusted logistics company with tracking provided.
Shipping Fees.
A flat shipping fee of $110 applies to all orders under $2500. Orders over $2500 qualify for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your account order details. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.
Delivery Confirmation
Our logistics company provides proof of delivery which may include signed delivery receipts, timestamped photos, and GPS location verification. This proof is considered final confirmation that your order has been delivered
Return Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
– Some sales are final, due to the nature of liquidation and surplus goods, we do not accept returns for perishable items such foodstuffs or perishable groceries
– We do not offer refunds or returns of high Counts, Truck Loads or mixed merchandise
Due to the nature of pallet liquidation items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the pallet is significantly different from its described condition.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a pallet that is damaged or missing significant items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Claims and Disputes
If you believe your order was not received despite delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately before filing any payment disputes. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly, any payments disputes raised without our concern will not be priority if your payment provider takes any actions that can lead to suspensions.
Returns should be processed within 48 hours after order is received.
Refunds are made to the same payments method used to place order.
Refunds takes 7-21 business days from the day of return
